Creating a Team
Pro users can create a team directly from their account settings. Once your team is set up, you can invite members and start collaborating on courses.
Creating your team
Section titled “Creating your team”- Open the user menu in the top-right corner and go to Settings
- Scroll to the Team section
- Click Create Team
- Enter a name for your team
- Choose your seat count (2 to 100)
- Confirm to create the team
Your team workspace is ready immediately. You can start inviting members or switch to the team workspace to create your first shared course.
Naming your team
Section titled “Naming your team”Choose a name that’s easy for your team to recognize, like your company or department name. You can change the team name at any time from settings.
Choosing your seat count
Section titled “Choosing your seat count”Each seat represents one team member. Teams require a minimum of 2 seats, and you can have up to 100. You can increase or decrease your seat count later, and billing adjusts automatically with proration.
Your seat count determines your team’s total resources:

Billing
Section titled “Billing”Team seats are billed at the same rate as a Pro plan, per seat. Both monthly and annual billing options are available. Changing your seat count mid-cycle is prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
Dissolving a team
Section titled “Dissolving a team”If you no longer need your team workspace, the team owner can dissolve the team from Settings > Team. This is found in the danger zone at the bottom of the team section. Only the team owner can dissolve a team (not other admins).
When a team is dissolved:
- All team courses and media transfer to the owner’s personal workspace
- All other members are removed and return to their personal workspaces
- The owner’s subscription reverts to an individual Pro plan
