Archive
Archiving moves courses out of your active dashboard view without deleting them. Use it to keep your dashboard focused on current work while preserving older courses for reference.
Archiving a course
Section titled “Archiving a course”- On the dashboard, click the more options menu on a course card
- Select Archive
- The course is removed from your active view
Archived courses are not deleted. All content, settings, and sharing links are preserved.
Viewing archived courses
Section titled “Viewing archived courses”Select the Archived tab in the status filter above your course grid. This shows only archived courses.
The status filter has four tabs:

| Published | Only published courses |
| Archived | Only archived courses |
Restoring a course
Section titled “Restoring a course”- Select the Archived tab in the status filter
- Find the course you want to restore
- Click the more options menu on the course card
- Select Unarchive
The course returns to your active library immediately with its previous status (draft or published) preserved.
Archive vs. delete
Section titled “Archive vs. delete”- Archive preserves the course and all its data. You can restore it at any time.
- Delete permanently removes the course and cannot be undone.
Use archive when you might need the course again. Use delete only when you’re sure you no longer need it.
